No. Only the host pays: $14.99 per season to publish the Pool, flat for any group size, or 3 Hosting Credits if you've bought hosting in bulk.
At the selected team's kickoff, not at one weekly deadline. Change your mind as often as you want until your team takes the field. Other players can't see a pick until it locks. Your host always can.
Your call as host. By default, a missed week costs the entry a strike. Or turn on Auto-Pick: an entry with no pick gets an Auto-Pick at the week's first kickoff, its biggest unused favorite in Survivor, or its biggest unused underdog in Losers. It counts as a used team.
Yes, run as many as you like. Each person can also hold up to five entries per Pool if you allow it. Hosting Credits publish Squares and Pools.
Yes. A Pool can start at Week 2, or any later week, which is exactly how mid-season crews get going. Entries close when the last game of your start week kicks off.
