Yes. Knockout, eliminator, and last man standing are names for the same game: pick one team a week to win, never repeat a team, and outlast the field. We call it Survivor.
No. Nobody you invite pays Sunday Squares to join. The host pays a flat $14.99 to publish, or 3 Hosting Credits if you host in bulk. That covers any group size for the whole season.
Your call as host. By default, a missed week costs the entry a strike. Turn on Auto-Pick instead, and any entry without a pick gets a placeholder team at the week's first kickoff.
Yes. Start at Week 2 or any later week you choose. Entries stay open until the start week's last kickoff, so a Tuesday group-chat idea can still make the weekend.
